Each financial transaction with the equivalent and above EUR 15,000 (calculated at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on a given day) is a threshold transaction, which obliges the Exchange office to use special security measures, in particular to check the Client's data before making the transaction on the basis of any identity document: identity card, passport, residence card or other document with a photo, in accordance with the Act of March 1, 2018. on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism.
